As an integrated energy company in a completely liberalised energy market in North-west Europe, our investments are geared towards profitable growth. As part of our public responsibility, we continuously invest in order to ensure reliability of supply (quality of the grid) and of production (sufficient production capacity).

Measures we have taken in this context:
- Measurable improvement of the quality of operational processes, leading to an increase in customer satisfaction
- Improvement of our financial performance
- Stronger connection between our commercial strategy and the products and services we offer that are based on this strategy
- Stronger position in the Western European gas market
- Expansion of our integrated business management, in which we are active in the production, purchasing, trade, transport and supply of energy

In the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany we are focused on organic growth of our market position and are actively oriented towards cooperation with other market parties.
