Business principles
Nuon’s business principles contain guidelines for the way we do business and the way we treat customers, stakeholders and colleagues. On the basis of these business principles Nuon has drawn up a Code of Conduct for a broad range of topics that are relevant to our company.
Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct promotes our honourable business culture, in which it is clear what rules apply to employees. The rules set out in the Code of Conduct apply to all Nuon employees worldwide, which they are in permanent employment or are hired in from employment agencies in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and elsewhere.
Networks
MegaWatt is the network for Nuon employees under the age of 35. It is a meeting place for employees who wish to build up a network inside Nuon and who want to get to know the company better. Social events, lectures and company visits are organised regularly through MegaWatt.
