Whichever department you work at in Nuon, you can take courses, workshops and study programmes to improve your skills. As well as individual training courses we provide tuition and development sessions for teams and for present and future managers. And if you have a specific development need, we will think about the most appropriate learning solution.
Technical tuition
If you have a technical job, you can take a specialist study course at the technical training institute, with plenty of attention to safety and practical aspects.
Traineeships
Have you just graduated or have a couple of years work experience and do you want to get the maximum out of yourself and progress in a short time to an important position within Nuon? Then put your name down for one of our trainee programmes. We have four of them: a general corporate management traineeship and various specialised programmes.
During your traineeship you get to know the organisation and you carry out significant projects with a clear end result on which you yourself have an influence. Through this responsibility you get to know your own capacities and qualities well.
