Job application procedure

All our vacancies and traineeships are listed on our jobsite. You can apply directly by filling out the corresponding forms. Our jobsite also provides with forms for open applications, internships and graduation projects.  The application procedures depend on the job you are applying for.

In writing

If you want to apply for a vacancy listed on this site or for an internship, please fill in the corresponding online application form. You can also send your application directly to the recruiter mentioned at the bottom of the vacancy. Add your CV to this and you will hear from us within two weeks.

Interview

If we invite you for an interview, it will be a reciprocal meeting. You will be talking to the manager of the department concerned, the team members and HR. Also, you will get the chance to have a look at the department. In order to make a good match we want to form a picture of you, but the other way round we also want to give you a clear picture of us.

Assessment

The recruitment procedures for some, usually more senior, jobs include an assessment, possibly followed by a psychological test. A specialised organisation handles both of these procedures.

Compensation and benefits

If we decide to do business together, you will have a final meeting with an HRM colleague to discuss compensation and benefits.
