Job application procedure
All our vacancies and traineeships are listed on our jobsite. You can apply directly by filling out the corresponding forms. Our jobsite also provides with forms for open applications, internships and graduation projects. The application procedures depend on the job you are applying for.
In writing
If you want to apply for a vacancy listed on this site or for an internship, please fill in the corresponding online application form. Send us your completed form, together with your CV and a cover letter explaining why you are applying. You will hear from us within four weeks.
Interview
If we invite you for an interview, you will meet with at least two people. Firstly with someone from Human Resource Management who will focus primarily on your competences. After that you will meet with a manager from the department where you want to work.
Assessment
The recruitment procedures for some, usually more senior, jobs include an assessment, possibly followed by a psychological test. A specialised organisation handles both of these procedures.
Compensation and benefits
If we decide to do business together, you will have a final meeting with an HRM colleague to discuss compensation and benefits.
