Corporate Management
For all you bold and entrepreneurial go-getters who would like to become inspirational managers. This two-year programme has room for six trainees and starts twice a year, in April and September.
From day one you will be actively participating. In the first five weeks you willl get to know our various divisions. This period will give you an overall idea of our activities. During the programme you will carry out three, six to nine month assignments varying from managing a project to operating as a staff member. In the Netherlands or abroad.
Assignments
It's up to you to find an assignment that suits you. That's a challenge, but it also gives you the freedom to choose the position best suited for you. It has to be a well-thought out decision, because for each assignment, you will sign a performance contract in which you agree on the results to be achieved.
Your profile
- You are almost or recently graduated from a university or institute of higher vocational education
- You have an original, well-considered view on management
- You are independent and result-oriented
- You are interested in the energy market
- You should be no older than 30 with a maximum of two years' work experience
