Management Traineeship
For enterprising go-getters who want to develop into all-round managers. The programme takes one year and starts annually in April and October with six trainees.
From day one you play a full part in the company. For the first two weeks you spend time on the shop floor in the various divisions. In that way you get to know all the aspects of our company. Then for one year you carry out two different assignments. For example, you might manage a project or occupy a corporate service position. An assignment lasts around six months and may take place abroad. After the traineeship, with the experience you gain during the assignments and the courses you take, you will be able to get to work as a team leader, corporate service officer, project leader or sales manager.
Your profile
- You have almost or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree programme.
- You have an original, well thought-out vision of management.
- You work independently and are result-oriented.
- You are interested in the energy market.
- You have an excellent knowledge of written and spoken Dutch.
- You are no older than 28 and have a maximum of a year's work experience.
