Technical traineeships
Energy is the nub of our existence. Nuon is energy. And that involves a lot of different techniques. That’s why we are constantly on the lookout for top technical people (hbo and wo), who would like to put their energy into our organisation. Enthusiastic people who, like us, want to work on a sustainable future.
You can choose from two programmes:
In the Technical Talents Programme you will be involved mainly with the distribution of energy. Such as management of the energy network and complex industrial installations.
The Technical Traineeship concentrates on the generation of energy. From optimisation of our power plants to using residual heat to maximum effect, possibly in the form of district heating.
As well as providing a technical learning process, both programmes pay a great deal of attention to personal development: communications, presentation, project management and other subjects that you will take on along with other trainees.
