Nuon not only delivers, but also produces energy. Electricity is generated using various types of fuel such as coal, gas and biomass. This is what we do at our power stations - 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Nuon obtains part of its power from renewable sources by harnessing wind, sun and hydropower. These energy sources are inexhaustible, pollution-free and hence good for the environment. By investing in renewable energy, Nuon is helping to reduce CO2 emissions.
