Nuon is an unlisted Dutch NV (Plc) which is subject to the statutory two-tier rules under article 2: 158 – 164 of the Netherlands Civil Code.
Shares
All Nuon shares are held directly or indirectly by Dutch provinces and municipalities.
Articles of Association of n.v. Nuon
The articles of association of n.v. Nuon were last amended in accordance with a decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders on 6 November 2006 and became effective on 13 November 2006.
