Committees
The Supervisory Board has appointed two permanent committees from its midst:
Regulations have been drawn up for both committees. These contain the terms of reference and the composition of the committee as well as the manner in which the committee is required to carry out its tasks.
Tasks and powers
It is the task of a committee to prepare the decision-making of the Supervisory Board. However, the Supervisory Board as a whole remains responsible for these decisions, even if they have been prepared by one of the committees. A committee can only exercise those powers that have been explicitly assigned or delegated to it by the Supervisory Board.
Each committee provides the Supervisory Board with clear and timely information about the manner in which it has made use of delegated powers. The findings of the committees are discussed in the plenary meetings of the Supervisory Board.
