T. Hatakka
Mr. Hatakka (1956) was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board on 17 June 2009.
His current term expires in 2013. Mr. Hatakka has been serving as Senior Executive Vice President of Vattenfall AB since 2005 and as Head of Business Division Production since 1 January 2010. He was Head of Business Group Central Europe from January 2008 to December 2010 and previously the head of Vattenfall's Polish activity.
Mr. Hatakka studied Economics at the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration and has a MBA from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa, in Barcelona, Spain. His professional experience includes work as a consultant at Bain & Company, London; Executive Vice President and partner at Enterprise Investors in Warsaw, Poland; and President and CEO of Elektrim Kable SA, Warsaw, Poland.
Mr. Hatakka has the Finnish nationality.
