On 16 August, Hans Bolscher (b. 1960) will take up the post of Vice President of Sustainability & Public Affairs at Nuon. He will be responsible for public affairs, government contacts, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and external communication.
Hans Bolscher is currently Special Advisor on Climate and Energy at the Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and Environment. Prior to this he was CCS (Carbon Capture & Storage) project director at the Ministries of Economic Affairs and of Housing, Spatial Planning and Environment, and Director for Climate Change and Industry at the Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and Environment. In previous years he exercised various roles in the sphere of sustainable business, including a spell as Director of the Max Havelaar fair trade foundation.
Hans Bolscher will join the Managing Team of Nuon and will report to Huib Morelisse (CEO).
