Nuon wants to investigate whether they can make the business unit for energy related services, provided by its subsidiaries Nuon Insulation, Feenstra, Ebatech and Nuon Security, an independent entity. Nuon is looking for a new owner for this new company to enter into a long term partnership.

Today, Nuon sold all Helianthos assets to HYET Solar. HYET Solar B.V.i.o. wants to further develop the Helianthos technology with a team of 15-20 employees, with the intention of bringing Helianthos’ flexible solar cell foil to market on a large scale.
