Subsidies make energy-saving measures extra attractive

Nov 18, 2009 | Amsterdam Free subsidy advice in Nuon Energy Shops

Energy Shop

From 21 to 28 November the Nuon Energy Shops will be giving free advice about the subsidy on energy-saving measures. During this subsidy advice week interested parties will also get help in applying for the subsidy. By taking energy-saving measures such as insulation households can save hundreds of euro a year on energy costs. Subsidies now make such measures extra attractive.

Dutch residents can benefit from various national and local government subsidy schemes. These subsidies on energy-saving measures, such as insulating glass and solar water heaters, can amount to hundreds of euro. The measures could then save an average household hundreds of euro every year on its energy costs.

Subsidy advice week

From Saturday 21 to Saturday 28 November interested parties can walk in throughout the day to get advice on subsidies and energy-saving measures.  Advice will also be given about the energy-saving products to which the subsidy applies. The opening times of the Nuon Energy Shops can be found on www.nuon.nl/energiewinkels. Non-Nuon customers can go to the energy shops for advice as well.
