All daily work in Consumer Sales Nordic, both operations and development, is carried out in cross-functional scrum teams. It is in these teams that we deliver a great customer experience in all of our customer journeys and progress on our business targets. Ensuring we are in the forefront in each competence area all employees belong to a chapter i.e. center of excellence. Chapters are groups of functional competences that share best practices and develop their expertise. There are different Chapters for different competences and skills.
In this position, you will belong to the Chapter Builders (Process and system experts). Here we have gathered our competence regarding our internal systems & tools, processes and ways of working. In the Builders’ chapter, the direction is to increase our ability to identify and explore trends and emerging technologies supporting sales and marketing and see how that can be turned into an advantage for our business. We also aim to increase our competence within the digital landscape, advance in the role as agile ambassadors, improve facilitation skills and ability to drive change.
We are looking for a Specialist in system and business processes in Finland to join Scrum team which has the end-to-end responsibility to deliver the best customer experience for our existing household customers.
An important task in this Specialist role is to ensure that your Scrum team has well-oiled processes that deliver a world class customer experience. With us you will be offered the opportunity to run and develop several different processes and continuously improve and test already existing systems and methods of working. As a Specialist, your role will include a mixture of daily operational and process administration, and you will actively participate in ongoing customer loyalty initiatives. You should also have a good understanding of business impact and ability to see business opportunities in any situation.
You need to understand the needs of our customer program and contribute to its development needs. You should also have deep understanding of the business direction and ability to foresee how operations need to be continuously developed in the dimensions of people, process and technology.
Your skills and experiences include
• Commercial degree and/or documented experience from sales channel development. Ideally from the electricity market
• Operational experience from the utility market would be seen advantageously
• Strong attention to details
• Interest and experience in marketing and sales technologies combined with development work
• Digital knowledge would be a plus
• Agile way of working, i.e. SCRUM methods
• Ability to communicate fluently in Finnish and in English.
