We recently implemented an agile structure, governance and way of working - a major shift in becoming even more fleet-footed and to put the customer in the center of everything we do. The Consumer Sales Management team’s main focus is to lead the business and for this we have identified four key areas: electricity, solutions, customer experience and customer insights. Direct focus of this role is to lead business but also indirectly lead people.
Vattenfall is now looking for the right person to fill the position as Senior Product Owner of Electricity Business Sweden
You will become a member of the Consumer Sales Nordic Management Team and report to the Vice President of Consumer Sales Nordic. In this role, you will be one of our key contributors in shaping the future for Vattenfall and our customers.
As Senior Product Owner Electricity Business Sweden you will have full commercial responsibility for our electricity business in Sweden for the customer segments Private and SME. This includes:
•Being responsible for overall profitability for electricity portfolio in Sweden including new customer acquisition, churn and pricing etc.
•Supporting and challenging our cross-functional operational teams (customer programs) to develop the customer journeys in terms of customer experience, Vattenfall value, operational efficiency and journey inflow.
•Driving strategy development and excellence for topics related to electricity business.
•Developing market plan and budget including responsibility for profit and loss.
•Identifying and prioritizing product development needs within the electricity area.
•Contributing to solution business.
•Being an escalation point for customer issues.
•Handling queries from media.
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner Electricity Business Sweden who has a University degree in e.g. Business administration or equal, several years of proven business leadership experience including profit and loss responsibility. Change management is something that comes natural to you and experience in agile way of working is desirable. In addition, the following qualifications are important for this position:

•Very good business sense in balancing short and long-term targets.
•Experience of working in large international organizations.
•Fluent in Swedish and English (both written and oral).
You have strong, proven business leadership skills and a drive for results. You possess the ability to think strategically, see the big picture as well as fully understand operational challenges. You are proactive, driven and open to change. You use your strong interpersonal skills to build trustworthy relationships and effective interfaces. As a leader you are clear, visible and courageous, not afraid to challenge. To work in an agile culture is rewarding but also put additional demands on you – can you empower the teams and steer without micro-managing?
