Vattenfall is now looking for the right person to strengthen the SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) consultancy role with focus on Logistic in Transformation and Corporate IT FIC Team ERP Logistics Solutions.
 
Main tasks & responsibilities:
As Consultant you are responsible for the definition and management of the business goals and scope of change initiatives – with this you will be part of requirement engineering which specifies the real business requirements to a level that enables effective delivery of agreed changes. You create functional specifications and acceptance criteria in preparation for the setup of SAP based Applications for EAM. As consultant you serve as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow. Leads minor projects or sub projects in his/her area of competence.
 
Main activities & responsibilities:
  • Elicit and discover requirements;
  • Specify and document requirements, securing traceability to the source;
  • Analyze requirements for adherence to business objectives and consistency and challenge them as appropriate, main focus plant maintenance;
  • Prioritize requirements with stakeholders;
  • Manage changes to base lined requirements through effective application of change control processes and tools;
  • Identify the impact on business requirements on (interim) solutions;
  • Establish and implement effective requirements practices (policies, standards, modelling and templates), including use and continuous improvement of a requirements process;
  • Propose functional design based on agreed requirements;
  • Customizing in SAP Classic systems;
  • Works closely with the business unit in project teams.
 
We are looking for:
This position is being advertised as it is considered to be a strategically important key position within IT, for which we currently have hired externals and we want to further avoid the recruitment of externals.
 
  • Certification of Competency in Business Analysis CCBA® (or alike);
  • University (Bachelor or Master) degree or comparable level of thinking;
  • Knowledge in the area of SAP ERP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems / SAP MM Solutions;
  • Knowledge in logistic processes (SAP-MM-LOG, SAP MM-PUR, SAP-QM);
  • Experience in reflecting cross functional processes to design chains of processes especially in connection to planned repair tasks or preventive maintenance with SAP EAM;
  • Knowledge about the interaction between connected SAP Modules;
  • Experience in supporting complex projects having multiple stakeholders;
  • Create functional specifications and acceptance criteria in preparation for the design of SAP MM Systems / functionalities;
  • Serve as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow. Leads minor projects or sub projects in area of competence;
  • University (Bachelor or Master) degree or comparable level of thinking;
  • Experience in supporting complex projects having multiple stakeholders;
  • 3-4 years of general business experience;
  • Ability to cooperate with team members and customers and communicate effectively;
  • Works independently and with own initiative.
