At Vattenfall electrification of the transport sector is one of the most important strategic goals for Sweden and the Nordics in order to achieve set targets on climate and sustainability.

To meet market demands and enable EV drivers to charge easy and smooth, a new business unit has been created at Vattenfall with total responsibility for sales and operations of charging solutions to EV drivers, business customers and private customers in the Nordics. The unit is now looking for a Proposition Owner to grow public charging network business and develop the propositions to the EV drivers. The main focus of the position will be to grow the physical public network of fast chargers and charging streets, work close to commercial and private EV drivers to develop the proposition and follow up and grow the business value.
As a Proposition Owner
You will be part of the existing Propositions team and drive the expansion of the network as well as grow and develop the business and customer value.

The work includes
• Expansion of network with strategic location partners
• Follow-up and evaluate the business value and develop and mature the propositions and our products and solutions e.g. provide input to apps to fit market demands
• Work closely with operations for the physical roll-out and securing a fit network
• Administrative and reporting tasks that are connected to follow-up of the network
• Meet with potential customers and partners to further develop the offers
• Be responsible for the charging customer journey

Skills and qualifications
We are looking for a proposition owner who
• Has a degree in engineering (B.Sc or M.Sc) or equivalent level of education
• Preferably has experience in business development
• Has a creative mindset and and can easily grasp complex issues
• Goal oriented and business minded
• Experienced project manager and easy to work with external parties
• Has a drivers license

As a person you are independent, flexible and make things happen. You have a strong focus on delivering results and can represent Vattenfall in external relations. You have excellent social and communicative skills and is a true team player. As a solution- and performance oriented person you have the ability to combine creativity with structure and are triggered by results and deadlines. You engage yourself easily, is business driven, development oriented and entrepreneurial.
